Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc., a leading distillery company in the Philippines, is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support and service delivery for our products.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and address product-related concerns. - Implement best practices and processes to streamline support operations and increase efficiency. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to enhance our service offerings. - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Regularly report on key performance indicators and provide insights to the management team. - Act as a liaison between the customer support team and other departments within the company.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a customer support or service management role, preferably in the beverage industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Equal opportunity employer.
