Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work

Converge ICT Solutions Inc., a leading telecommunications company in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work position, the Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of support staff from the comfort of their own home.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support specialists to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve support operations and increase customer satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials for staff


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a management position - Proven track record of leading teams to achieve performance goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent personality traits - Proficient in negotiation and analysis - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
