Advance is seeking a driven and energetic Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer support via various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and exceed customer expectations. 4. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and documentation. 5. Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must be energetic and driven to provide exceptional service to customers.
