Job Description:
Lazada Philippines is seeking a talented and motivated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing assistance to customers and supporting various departments within the company. This position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 5. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the team. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. 3. Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5.
