Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Representative to join our team in Davao City. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams for resolution 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for clients 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist customers 7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
