Support Specialist - Remote Work

Coins.ph is seeking a reliable and resilient Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members - Assist customers in navigating our platform and troubleshooting technical issues - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams - Stay up-to-date on product changes and new features to better assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial services is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
