MadEats, a growing company in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Support Specialist to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, who are adaptable and independent individuals. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our website, mobile app, and other online platforms. 3. Conduct research on customer preferences and trends to improve our services. 4. Assist with data entry, updating customer records, and generating reports as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills related to the job.

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and provide accurate solutions. 3.
