Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Peddlr is a leading e-commerce platform based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, and we are currently looking for a Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Support Specialist at Peddlr, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our users. This includes answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to problems that may arise. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Provide feedback to the product team on common issues and trends identified - Assist in testing new features and updates before they are released to customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and able to work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
