Job Description:
AQWIRE is seeking a dedicated and independent Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed. 5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Adapt quickly to changes in technology and client needs. 8. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent research skills and adaptability to new technologies. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience with CRM software and remote support tools. 6. Knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
