Humble Sustainability is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This position is remote and offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with no previous experience. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Assisting customers with product recommendations and troubleshooting - Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team member - Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
