Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Provide recommendations and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
