Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our website's chat function. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions and follow-up on any unresolved inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer support - Analyze chat data to identify trends and optimize the chat experience for customers - Participate in training and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and product knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Strong analytical and planning skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
