Job Description:
Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our remote team. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers. 3. Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all customer interactions. 4. Multi-task effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Display a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely responses. 6. Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 7. Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. 2. Excellent written communication skills in English. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in using chat software and online customer service tools. 7. Dedicated and adaptable personality traits. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
