ZipMatch is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through web chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers in finding their dream home - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Driven and passionate about helping customers find their ideal home - Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
