Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

AllCare, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and dedicated personality, as well as strong soft skills in persuasion and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive customer experience - Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a similar customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resilient and dedicated personality - Strong persuasion and innovation skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
