As a Web Chat Associate at Advance, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Makati, NCR, PH. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through web chat platforms. - Assist customers with product questions, orders, returns, and other issues. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. - Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently. - Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
