Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

PLDT is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team as a remote worker. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in managing web chat operations. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of expertise.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service through chat channels - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Train and mentor chat agents to enhance performance and productivity - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in web chat management - Confident and motivated personality traits - Strong adaptability and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs - Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
