Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

1Export is seeking a passionate and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the web chat platform, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve on the spot - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in chat management software and customer relationship management systems - Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus
