Job Description:
ChatGenie is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in a remote work capacity. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with problem-solving. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat platforms to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to ensure a positive experience - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations - Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - High level of emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust with customers - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
