Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Flowerstore.ph is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and drive sales for our flower and gift delivery service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide timely and accurate information about products, promotions, and services - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner - Drive sales by upselling products and services to customers during chat interactions - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of all chat interactions and customer data in our CRM system - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online chat support role - Confident and passionate approach to engaging with customers - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions - Creative problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
