Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and technical support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide detailed and accurate information to customers - Document customer interactions and transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations - Proficient in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in customer service or related field is preferred - Must have a reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
