As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems and provide feedback for process improvements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Resilient and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Persuasion skills to drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Fluent in English and Filipino
