Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales through chat interactions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times - Use problem-solving skills to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize innovative approaches to enhance the online chat experience for customers - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to customer issues - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation - Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industry practices is a plus
