Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bench is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Use critical thinking skills to analyze situations and find solutions that best fit the customer's needs - Innovate and suggest improvements to our web chat platform to enhance customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Experience working remotely and managing time efficiently - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service software is a plus - Ability to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
