We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our Human Resources team to aid in digital job postings, applicant recruiting, and payroll processing. You will report to our HR Director, and collaborate directly with the managers of our eight locations to screen qualified applicants and schedule on-site interviews. Additional duties may include payroll processing on Mondays and other data entry tasks. Ultimately, you will maintain a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
• Receive job posting requests via Slack from our managers about their staffing needs, then publish a job posting within 24 hours via our recruitment platform.
• Pre-screen applicants by matching applicants availability and experience with job requirements.
• Call companies listed on applicant’s resumes to verify work history and eligibility for rehire.
• Communicate with applicants via the recruitment platform messaging system, so everything is documented.
• Host the first round of applicant interviews on a Zoom-recorded call following our interview template.
• Call references about the applicant’s experience and performance. This call will be recorded.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site, second-round interviews with hiring managers.
• Collect and Document feedback from hiring managers after interviews. Ensure all recorded call files are saved to the applicant’s profile.
• Assist with processing payroll data entry every Monday morning.
• Other HR and Administrative tasks assigned to you by the Human Resources Team.
