Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist - Part-Time

We're seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Marketing Professional to elevate our client's brand visibility and significantly expand the user base on LinkedIn. Our client's platform leverages AI to create personalized content for LinkedIn users, empowering them with cloud-based content creation tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting engaging content, fostering meaningful interactions, and executing strategic LinkedIn campaigns aimed at driving substantial user sign-ups and engagement.

Target Market: Executives who are already employed but looking to demonstrate their value and worth through relevant content in LinkedIn. They see themselves as thought-leaders and are keen on showcasing their expertise with the use of the said platform. 

Work schedule

  • The role requires at least 20 hours per week subject to increase based on the success of user acquisition campaigns
  • Flexible schedule with pre-established weekly meeting times to align with the client's availability in the US time zone, ensuring consistent communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy, incorporating both conventional and non-conventional ideas, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and user sign-ups among LinkedIn Executives.
  • Take ownership of the entire process rather than waiting for directives from the client. Proactively communicate suggestions, request resources as needed, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the success of the campaigns.
  • Manage daily LinkedIn social media activities, including content creation and community engagement, to cultivate a loyal user base.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze analytics and KPIs to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive strategic discussions internally to enhance the appeal of our product or service for the target audience.
  • Stay informed about LinkedIn trends, best practices, and emerging tools/features to continually refine our approach.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience and portfolio showcasing successful LinkedIn campaigns that increased engagement and user acquisition.
  • 2-3 years experience with digital marketing and social media management.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills aligned with our brand voice and vision.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in tech or cloud-based platforms, understanding the LinkedIn. audience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a remote team.
