Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a passionate and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH, offering an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness - Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to support various projects and initiatives - Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in marketing or related field - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote setting
