Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a passionate and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. 3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing decisions. 4. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 6. Support the team in ad-hoc marketing projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills. 4. Reliable and passionate about marketing. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic graphic design tools.
