BeautyMNL is looking for a motivated and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in various tasks to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Assist in creating content for social media platforms and email marketing - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Assist with website updates and maintenance - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work remotely and independently
