Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our company and contributing to the overall success of our brand.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Phoenix Petroleum Philippines products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience - Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and passionate about driving results - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques - Experience with social media platforms and digital advertising - Flexibility to work remote and on a part-time basis
