Digital Marketing Associate

Ayala Corporation is seeking a dedicated and reliable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital marketing tools.
