Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a driven and energetic Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote Uproot Urban Farms products and services. 2. Create and manage social media content across various platforms to engage with our target audience. 3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and innovative ways to reach our audience. 5. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and creating compelling content for newsletters. 6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 7. Support the implementation of SEO best practices to improve the visibility of our website on search engines. 8. Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Requirements: 1. A strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and expand skills in this field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Strategic planning and people management skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 7. Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus.
