Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and website - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including copywriting and graphic design - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management and content creation - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Hardworking and motivated personality traits - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
