Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Digital Marketing Associate at Uproot Urban Farms, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote our urban farming products and initiatives. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and website. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive sales. - Assist in the creation of engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals.

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
