Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a motivated and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong project management skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
