Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a part-time, remote position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Associate with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines. - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. - Create engaging content for social media posts, emails, and website updates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuasively present ideas. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. - Driven and dedicated personality traits.
