Digital Marketing Manager

1Export is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Quezon City. As a rapidly growing company specializing in export services, we are looking for a passionate and resilient individual who can drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing - Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns - Work closely with external partners and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong strategic planning abilities - Passion for digital marketing and a drive to continuously improve
