Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at AQWIRE, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role will involve working from home in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals - Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with followers - Produce engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
