Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team at Kumu, a leading company in the heart of Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our products and services. This position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Creating engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing - Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts - Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and effectiveness - Assisting in organizing events and promotional activities - Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Creativity and a strong eye for detail - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate marketing messages - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Must be driven and proactive in taking initiative - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
