Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a reliable and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to promote our brand and products effectively.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate and execute various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional events - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
