Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a motivated and independent Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans 4. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content 5. Assist in organizing events and promotional activities 6. Analyze marketing data and prepare reports for management 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role 3. Strong organizational and time-management skills 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms 6. Innovation and negotiation skills 7. Motivated and independent personality traits
