Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Bench located in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to drive the company's marketing initiatives. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing projects - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content - Conduct market research and analyze trends - Support in organizing events and promotions - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Monitor and report on marketing metrics - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills
