Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Marketing Associate at Ayala, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our company's products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, innovative, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and content - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Support in organizing and attending marketing events and activities - Maintain and update customer databases - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Experience with social media marketing is a plus
