Job Description:

KMC Solutions is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various initiatives to help promote our services and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms and marketing materials - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital advertising

Requirements: - Passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field - Strong drive to succeed and achieve results - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of marketing plans - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus
