Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, cooperative, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and report on key metrics - Assist in organizing events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in marketing or a relevant role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
