Marketing Associate

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a dedicated and confident Marketing Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate at First Circle, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our financial services.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative content that resonates with our target audience. 3. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 6. Support the team in maintaining and updating marketing materials, including website content and sales collateral. 7. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. - Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for marketing. - Strong creativity and leadership skills to drive innovative marketing initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
