Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Zennya, a leading technology company based in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a Remote Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives to help drive the growth and success of our business. This role is suitable for individuals with at least 3 years of marketing experience at the associate level.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals - Assist in creating content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and drive improvement - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans - Assist with the coordination of events and promotional activities - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various marketing tools - Resilient and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Critical thinking skills with a focus on innovation and creativity - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience with remote work is preferred
