Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Associate to join our team at Meralco. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for helping to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your skills in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets and promotional materials - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make strategic recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative marketing strategies - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with data analytics and reporting - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
