Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will work remotely from your home in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, be driven, passionate, possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have a strong desire to give back to the community through corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Megaworld Corporation's products and services - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing materials - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics software is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop for remote work
