Job Description:

FlySpaces, a leading online marketplace for flexible office spaces in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR. We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing to help us grow our online presence and reach our target audience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads. 2. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness. 3. Create and curate engaging content for website, email campaigns, and social media platforms. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. 6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute digital marketing initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools. 4. Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 7. Strong time management and organizational skills.
